Thank you for choosing SwagMagic for your swag gifting needs! To ensure a smooth process, please follow these instructions to ship your swag to our warehouse:
1. Add the swag to your Swag Locker:
Before shipping, ensure the swag is added to your Swag Locker. Follow the steps outlined in the article "How to Add Swag to my Swag Locker (Pre-Purchased Swag)" before proceeding to the next steps.
2. Ship your swag to our warehouse:
Ship your swag to the following address:
ATTN: Swag Team for [Organization Name/Event Name/Organizer Name or Email]

Include your Name/Email/Order Number/Event Name on the package. This information will help us keep track of your order.
3. Email us
Once shipped, send an email to email@example.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Tracking link
- Name of the swag
- Quantity for each swag
We require your swag in our warehouse at least 2 business days before box shipments commence. For specific event dates, ensure delivery 20 days in advance.
NOTE: We will not be able to process swag unless the organizer's email or order number is on the package.
Please schedule a delivery with our receiving team before sending your swag items to our warehouse. You may call 347-961-3628 to schedule a delivery.
